Alexander V. Chaplik. Graduated from the Saratov State University, PhD in the Institute for Radioelectronics Siberian Branch, Ac.of Sci. of the USSR. Since 1964 minor research worker, senior research worker, Head of Laboratory at the Institute of Semiconductor Physics.
